I'm glad you managed to be successful with the P90X system, but the results really aren't that impressive at all.

a lie.
say about 20 - so he lost a load of bodyfat that first week on doing about 80 push ups and 16 pull ups and a few squatting exercises total. If you believe that you'll believe anything.
but that's just me.
normal looking guy to a complete tool in 45 days.
