hahahahahahhaha the best thing is that you are wasting you time talking and arguing with some one you dont know... if you are really a grad student leave because you arent being very smart right now loser... hahaha and guess what, my y button was stuck. I guess i'm just used to my own workout which was way
better for me. p90x is good for people who know NOTHING of working out or how to get in shape. Its a good basis, but if you know a thing or two about exercising, then skip it. I almost laughed my ass off after watching it.
